How to uninstall the current version of the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver
  1. Click "Start", and then click "Computer".
  2. On the menu bar, click "Uninstall or change a program".
  3. Right-click "Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator Driver" and then click "Uninstall".
  4. At the "Welcome to the Uninstallation Program" screen, click "Next".
  5. At the "Uninstallation Progress" screen, click"Next".
  6. At the "Uninstallation is complete" screen, select "Yes, I want to restart this computer now", and then click "Finish".
  7. After the uninstall procedure is complete, continue with the download and installation instructions below.

Download and Installation Instructions

  1. To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
  2. Download the EP0000600011.exe file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
  3. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the EP0000600011.exe file to begin the installation.
  4. At the "User Account Control" screen, click "Yes".
  5. At the "Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family" screen, click "Next".
  6. At the "License Agreement" dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "I Agree" to continue with the installation.
  7. At the "Welcome to the Setup Program" screen, select "Automatically run WinSAT and enable the Windows Aero desktop theme (If supported)", then click "Next".
  8. At the "Intel Graphics License Agreement" dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "Yes".
  9. At the "Readme File Information" screen, read the information, then click "Next".
  10. At the "Setup Progress is finished" screen, click "Next".
  11. At the "Setup Is Complete" screen, select "Yes, I want to restart this computer now", and then click "Finish".

After the computer restarts, the installation of the Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family Driver Update is complete.
