Error: There is no network connection right now appears after I power on the TV.

This error may appear under the following circumstances:

  • When you power off the TV and power it back on while streaming an internet app.
  • When you connected your Android TV™ to the internet with a wired connection.

Follow these steps to resolve this error:

  1. Select RETRY to reconnect to the internet.

    Note: Proceed to the next step if the error still appears.

  2. Check if you enabled the IPv6 setting on the TV.
    1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
    2. Scroll down to Settings.
    3. Under Network & Accessories category, select Network.

    4. Select Advanced settings.
    5. Under Advanced settings screen, select IPv6 setup.

    6. Under Do you want to enable IPv6? screen, select NO.
  3. Connect your TV to the internet with a wireless connection.
    1. Press the HOME button on the supplied remote control.
    2. Scroll down to Settings.
    3. Under the Network category, select Network setup.
    4. Under Network setup, select Easy.
    5. Select Wi-Fi.
    6. Select CONNECT BY SCAN LIST.
    7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the network setup.
