There is no sound from the connected home theater system when the Social Viewing feature of the BRAVIA television is activated.

The connected home theater system will automatically set to mute and the sound will only come from the TV speakers when the Social Viewing feature of the BRAVIA® TV is activated.

To get the audio through the connected home theater system when on Social Viewing mode, check the following:

  1. Set the TV speakers on MUTE.
  2. Make sure that the mute function of the connected home theater system is set to OFF.
