No longer able to use a specific app when selecting it from the My Apps section of the menu.

This issue will occur if the app was recently updated. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Remove the non-working app from the My Apps menu.
    1. Using the supplied remote, highlight the non-working app.
    2. Press the OPTIONS button.
    3. Select Remove from My Apps
  2. Add the app to the My Apps menu.
    1. Select the Add icon.
    2. Select the app you wish to add.
    3. Select Add to My Apps.
