Follow these steps if using a PlayStation 4 (PS4™) system:

  1. Turn off the PS4 system by pressing the power button on the front panel. The power indicator will blink for a few moments before turning off.

  3. Connect the DualShock®4 wireless controller with the provided USB cable and press the PS button on the controller.
  4. The PS4 system will turn on in Safe Mode. Select Change Resolution.
  5. Turn the PS4 system off and back on.

The screen resolution will change to 480p when the PS4 system is restarted.

Follow these steps if using a PlayStation® 3 (PS3™) console:

  2. On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for five seconds to turn off the console.

This will boot your console in a low resolution mode (640 × 480) so that you can see the video on the screen.

Follow these steps if using an Xbox 360® console:

  1. Remove any disc that may be inserted in the game system.
  2. Turn off the console.
  3. Turn on the console.

NOTE: If you are using an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller, turn on the console by using the Guide button on the controller. Make sure that you use the player 1 controller when you do this. The player 1 controller will have the upper-left light illuminated.
