Unable to Connect Bluetooth Headphones or Bluetooth Speakers to a Mobile Device

If you can't connect your Bluetooth® headphones or Bluetooth speakers to a mobile device, it's possible a Bluetooth connection is already made with the mobile device, or the Bluetooth pairing isn't set correctly.

When the Bluetooth headphones is connected to another mobile device, you have to disconnect or unpair the connected mobile device so you could pair the new mobile device.

If You Have a Near Field Communication™ (NFC)-Compatible Device

Touch the NFC mark of the Bluetooth device with the NFC mark of the headphones, or speaker when using an NFC-compatible headphones, speakers, or a Bluetooth device.

Touch the N Mark of the Mobile Device with the Bluetooth device

If you have an Android® Device

Follow the steps below if you have a non NFC-compatible Android device.

  1. Set the headphones or speaker to the pairing mode.

  2. Perform the pairing on your mobile device.

If You Have an iOS® Mobile Device

Follow these steps below to pair your iOS mobile device:

  1. Set the headphones or speaker to the pairing mode.

  2. Perform pairing on your iOS mobile device.
