This solution only applies to LCD TVs that support USB, DLNA® technology, or Internet connections.
Depending on the cause of the issue, it may be possible to resolve this symptom by doing the following:
- Make sure the TV is updated to the newest available system software/firmware version. Cheque os Downloads disponíveis para seu modelo.
- Turn off the Reality Creation option in Picture menu of the TV.
