No sound when playing back programs from any of the Internet services.

Depending on the provider, such as Netflix® video, YouTube® video, Pandora® Internet Radio or other Internet apps, certain video footage may not contain audio or sound. If you are still not able to hear audio when watching Internet streaming content even after downloading the latest system software (firmware) update, follow the steps below:

  1. Using the supplied remote, press the HOME or Menu button.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Screen Settings.
  4. Select HDMI Deep Color Output.
  5. Select Off.

If you have completed all of the steps and the issue is not resolved, service may be required.
