Follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
NOTE: Because each of these steps represents a possible solution to this issue, check the Internet Explorer browser status after completing each step.
- Use the update utility within the installed anti-virus, anti-spyware or anti-malware software to update to the most current version.
- Delete the Browsing History, Cookies and Temporary Files .
- With the installed anti-virus, anti-spyware or anti-malware software having been updated to the most current version, run a full system scan with the software update utility.
- Disable add-ons .
- Reset Internet Explorer browser to the default settings.
